All orders are processed within up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

After processing, shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:

Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Biotic Ambiance is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been marked as shipped. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. You may also contact us and we will assist where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
