At Biotic Ambiance, each product is carefully crafted, packaged, and inspected to ensure the highest quality before it reaches you. Due to the nature of our body care and skincare products, all sales are considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Your item arrives damaged or broken
  • You receive the wrong product due to an error on our part

If either of these occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and work quickly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Body scrubs
  • Body oils
  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Donations

Donation Policy:
All donations made to Biotic Ambiance are voluntary and non-refundable. As donations directly support our sustainability efforts, ingredient cultivation, sourcing practices, and business operations, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Refunds (If Approved)

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
